Souscription de contrats d'assurances pour les besoins du Groupe UEM, y compris l'ensemble de ses filiales actuelles et futures, à l'issue du terme de l'ensemble des programmes d'assurance arrivant à échéance au 31/12/2026 minuit. La présentation des besoins à couvrir est indiquée en pièce jointe. La consultation est ouverte aux assureurs en directs, co-assureurs représentés par un apériteur (groupement conjoint dans les conditions prévues par l'article R 2142-20 du code de la commande publique), intermédiaires d'assurances (agents généraux et courtiers). En application des articles L.310-1 et L.511-1 du code des assurances, l'exercice de la profession est impérativement réservé à des sociétés d'assurances et/ou des intermédiaires d'assurances. Les intermédiaires (courtiers) devront indiquer dans l'ordre de priorité décroissant, les organismes d'assurance qu'ils comptent solliciter pour chaque lot pour lesquels ils candidatent. Chaque intermédiaire retenu se verra confier par UEM un mandat exclusif d'étude et de placement pour chaque lot avec la ou les compagnies d'assurances sélectionnées et attribuées discrétionnairement par UEM.
