La présente consultation a pour objet la sélection de l'assureur ou d'un groupement de prestataires (assureur - intermédiaire d'assurances) qui sera chargé à la fois : - de mettre en oeuvre avec la SEMITAN, les programmes d'assurance des matériels roulants (environ 700 véhicules) à savoir : - la souscription d'un programme d'assurance RC pour l'ensemble des véhicules - la souscription de garanties dommages incendie (bus et tramways) - la souscription de garantie dommages et bris de machine (tramways) - de gérer, les contrats d'assurance correspondants, ainsi que les sinistres. L'allotissement prévu pour cette opération est le suivant : - Lot 1 : proposition d'un programme d'assurance flotte automobile (RC bus et autres véhicules hors prestations lot 3) - Lot 2 : proposition d'un programme d'assurance flotte tramway (RC tramways hors prestations lot 3) - Lot 3 : proposition d'une prestation d'assurance pour la couverture du risque incendie (bus et tramways) - Lot 4 : proposition d'une prestation d'assurance pour la couverture du risque bris de machine des tramways. Le détail des prestations figure aux cahiers des charges correspondants Le présent marché porte sur la sélection d'un assureur ou d'un groupement de prestataires (assureur - intermédiaire d'assurances) pour la proposition d'une couverture Flotte automobile RC Bus et autres véhicules hors prestation du lot n°3; Le présent marché porte sur la sélection d'un assureur ou d'un groupement de prestataires (assureur - intermédiaire d'assurances) pour la proposition d'une couverture Flotte Tramway (RC TW hors prestations lot 3)
