Description

Prestations de bureaux d'études géomètres, Topographes et géomètres experts, pour l'établissement de plans et documents fonciers pour les besoins de la Ville de L'Isle sur la Sorgue (3 lots) La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offre ouvert, soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du CCP. L'accord-cadre, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel propre à chaque lot, est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du CCP. Il sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Le montant maximum annuel des prestations pour le lot n°1 est fixé à 50 000 euro(s) HT (soit 200 000 euro(s) HT sur 4 ans). Le montant maximum annuel des prestations pour le lot n°2 est fixé à 35 000 euro(s) HT (soit 140 000 euro(s) HT sur 4 ans). Le montant maximum annuel des prestations pour le lot n°3 est fixé à 25 000 euro(s) HT (soit 100 000 euro(s) HT sur 4 ans) LEVE TOPOGRAPHIQUE ET PRESTATIONS FONCIERES; LEVE DE BATIMENTS, PRODUCTION DE PLANS; ETABLISSEMENT DE DOCUMENTS FONCIERS - PRESTATIONS DE GEOMETRES EXPERTS
