Concours restreint de maîtrise d'œuvre pour la construction du bâtiment 11 Learning commons et la réhabilitation du bâtiment 17 de l'INSA de Toulouse. Cette procédure s'effectue en deux phases : - Phase n° 1 : Phase candidatures ; - Phase n° 2 : Phase offres (3 candidats invités à concourir). Il s’agit d’une mission de maîtrise d’œuvre avec VISA au sens des articles R. 2431-4 et R. 2431-5 du code de la commande publique, complété par les articles R. 2431-19 à R. 2431-23 conformément à la nature de l’opération, et son annexe 20 du 22 mars 2019. La mission de base en application des articles R. 2431-4 et R. 2431-5 du code de la commande publique : ESQ - AVP - PRO - ACT - VISA - DET - AOR avec engagement au respect du coût prévisionnel des travaux. - Mission complémentaire n° 1 : études de diagnostic (DIAG) ; - Mission complémentaire n° 2 : Synthèse (SYN) ; - Mission complémentaire n° 3 : Coût global selon la norme ISO/DIS15686-5 et Exploitation Maintenance - Gros Entretien Renouvellement (EM-GER).
