MISSION DE MAITRISE D'OEUVRE POUR LE REAMENAGEMENT DE LA PLACE DE LA VICTOIRE A POINTE-A-PITRE (97110) La présente consultation vise à la réalisation d’une mission de maitrise d’œuvre complète pour la requalification de la place la Victoire, place-emblème de l’histoire de la Ville et de la Guadeloupe. La ville de Pointe-à-Pitre souhaite que cet espace public retrouve sa fonction de place centrale, attractive, ouverte sur la mer proposant des espaces de détente et de convivialité, des espaces ludiques pour les enfants, des espaces de respiration et de verdure avec une qualité paysagère et urbaine adaptée aux objectifs de requalification de tout le secteur centre-ville.
