Description

La présente consultation a pour objet d'attribuer une mission de maîtrise d'œuvre dans le cadre de la restructuration intérieure du siège de la Carsat Nord-est, le bâtiment A. Les objectifs de l'opération sont les suivants : ▸ Réaménagement des espaces intérieurs du bâtiment A, aussi bien les espaces de travail que les espaces communs, incluant une réflexion sur la réorganisation des services ; ▸ Réalisation des travaux en site occupé, avec phasage. La présente consultation relative à l’attribution d’un marché de maîtrise d’œuvre concernant la restructuration intérieure du Siège de la Carsat Nord-est, fait l’objet d’une procédure avec négociation (Code commande publique, art. L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 et s.) dans la mesure où : - L’estimation du besoin est supérieure aux seuils européens ; - L’opération est une réhabilitation (il s’agit donc d’une dérogation au concours de maîtrise d’œuvre) ; - Le futur marché contient des prestations de conception (dérogation permettant le recours à la procédure négociée).
