Description
La présente consultation porte sur une mission complémentaire d'Ordonnancement, Pilotage et Coordination (OPC) pour la construction d'un nouveau bâtiment hébergeant les futurs locaux de la LYSED. L'ouvrage à réaliser appartient à la catégorie des bâtiments en construction neuve. La mission de base de maîtrise d'oeuvre a déjà été notifiée et comporte les missions suivantes : mission de base ESQ (phase concours) / APS / APD / PRO / ACT / VISA - EXE PARTIEL / DET / AOR /SSI. La durée prévisionnelle d'exécution des prestations est de 28 mois environ, à compter de la date de notification jusqu'à la réception des travaux. La durée du contrat court à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'à la fin de la garantie de parfait achèvement des travaux
