Le marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre comprendra une mission de base Bâtiment (Esquisse/APS/APD/PRO/EXE1/ACT/EXE2/DET/AOR), avec en missions complémentaires la Coordination SSI, la démarche BIM et le Suivi énergétique des bâtiments pendant 2 ans après la livraison. La consultation est ouverte à tout candidat ou équipe pluridisciplinaire possédant des compétences dans l'ensemble des domaines suivants : o Architecture, o Economie de la construction, o Ingénierie Structure Bois, o Ingénierie Structure Béton, o Ingénierie Fluides, dont Thermique et Courants Forts et Faibles, o Coordination SSI, o Ingénierie VRD et paysage, o Ingénierie Cuisine collective, o Ingénierie Acoustique, o BIM Manager L'enveloppe allouée aux travaux est de 13 500 000.00 euro(s) HT
