La présente consultation concerne un marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réhabilitation de 202 logements collectifs et individuels « La Grange Aumont » sis au n°19 à 23 rue Edouard Belin, n°10 à 20 rue Marcel Cerdan, 2 à 4 Rue Georges Carpentier, 2 à 6 Allée Edith Piaf & n°26 rue Maurice Chevalier à NIORT (79000). Le projet a pour objet la réhabilitation de l'enveloppe, des parties communes et l'amélioration de certains éléments à l'intérieur des logements. L'opération devra être certifiée NF HABITAT. La nature, la consistance de l'opération et les attentes du maître d'ouvrage sont définies dans le programme détaillé. L'enveloppe financière allouée au travaux par le maitre d'ouvrage est fixée à 3 800 000,00 euros hors taxes.
