Description
Le projet comporte la reconstruction d'un collège neuf à Boëge, sur un nouveau tènement situé à proximité du collège existant et pouvant accueillir 22 divisions (soit 660 élèves). Le projet intégrera tous les équipements nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du nouveau collège, à savoir : - Une halle sportive, - Une aire d'évolution sportive extérieure, - Un parking avec desserte pour les cars scolaires, - Une aire de dépose minute. Le marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre comprendra une mission de base bâtiment, avec en missions complémentaires la Coordination SSI, la démarche BIM, l'accompagnement à la mise en oeuvre du 1% artistique, l'accompagnement à la définition et l'élaboration de la signalétique et le Suivi énergétique des bâtiments pendant 2 ans après la livraison
