Le présent marché est un marché public de maîtrise d'oeuvre relatif à la REQUALIFICATION DU FRONT DE MER DES ISSAMBRES, à Roquebrune-sur-Argens. L'ouvrage sur lequel porte la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre appartient à la catégorie Infrastructure - Réhabilitation d'ouvrages existants avec réalisation d'un projet urbain ou paysager. Le marché est scindé en un tranche ferme (TF) et cinq tranches optionnelles (TO) comme indiqué au cahier des charges. Mission complémentaire (MC) possible : OPC (MC1) en cas d'affermissement des TO 3 à 5. Missions complémentaires fermes (TF) : Etude acoustique (MC2) et Simulations 3D et simulation vidéo (MC3) Estimations coûts travaux : TF : 3 200 000 euros HT - TO1 : 1 250 000 euros HT - TO2 : 1 820 000 euros HT - TOTAL : 6 270 000 euros HT Les prestations sont réalisées pour le compte d'Estérel Côte d'Azur Agglomération qui a délégué la maîtrise d'ouvrage à la Commune de Roquebrune-sur-Argens suivant Convention de délégation de Maîtrise d'ouvrage du 27 novembre 2024.
