La mission du maître d'oeuvre objet de la présente procédure débutera par une reprise partielle du dossier PRO par suite du désistement du titulaire de marché. La réécriture des prestations de toiture nécessitera également le dépôt d'un PC modificatif avant démarrage du chantier. Pour cette consultation le pouvoir adjudicateur n'entend pas procéder en deux phases : stade candidature et stade offre. Les candidats sont invités à remettre leur candidature et offre en même temps
