Description

Le marché a pour objet la réalisation d'une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre comprenant une tranche ferme et deux tranches optionnelles, en vue du recyclage et de la requalification de l'îlot opérationnel Perrin 1, situé sur les parcelles cadastrées AM n°410, 411, 412, 415, 1613 et 428, dans le cadre du volet recyclage de l'habitat du NPNRU de La Seyne-sur-Mer. Le projet consiste à préparer et requalifier un ensemble bâti ancien dégradé afin de permettre sa restructuration ultérieure par un opérateur immobilier, notamment par le regroupement des cellules existantes, la requalification du coeur d'îlot et la création d'un programme résidentiel et commercial de qualité. Afin de répondre au mieux aux contraintes spécifiques du bâti ancien, le Maître d'ouvrage souhaite confier le marché à un prestataire ou un groupement dont le mandataire commun peut justifier des compétences minimales indiquées dans les documents de consultation. La consultation fait suite à une précédente procédure déclarée sans suite pour un motif d'intérêt général tenant à l'évolution des besoins de l'acheteur public. Les candidats sont invités à étudier attentivement l'ensemble des pièces du dossier de consultation, les exigences et les attentes de l'acheteur ayant été actualisées en conséquence.
