Il sera décomposé en plusieurs lots techniques. Considérant ce qui précède, le maître d'ouvrage, DALKIA souhaite confier au titulaire une mission de Coordination SPS, dans le cadre des travaux de l'ensemble des ouvrages et équipements. La chaufferie comprend 2 pompes à chaleur d'une puissance unitaire de 2 000 kW chaud à son condenseur (ICPE 4735), 2 chaudières gaz de 11 300 kW et 700 kW (ICPE 2910). La centrale énergétique aura une surface d'environ 660 m². Le réseau de chaleur sera d'environ 5 km (33 sous-stations) et le réseau de géothermie d'environ 2 km (6 forages).
