Description

La COMUE Lyon Saint Etienne réalise au nom et pour le compte du CNSMD de Lyon la réhabilitation du bâtiment SAONE, et son extension en vue de la construction d’une salle modulable (auditorium). Le diagnostic archéologique sur cette zone a été rendu et celui-ci révèle la présence de vestiges archéologiques significatifs. Aux regards des conclusions de ce diagnostic, le préfet, par l’arrêté n°2026-641 du 3 juillet 2026, a prescrit la réalisation de fouilles préventives préalablement aux aménagements de ladite zone. Le Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE) comprend notamment le Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP), le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et ses annexes, en particulier le Cahier des Charges Scientifiques (CCS). Ce dernier précise le champ, les objectifs et le contenu de la mission de fouilles préventives. Le présent marché donc pour objet la réalisation de fouilles archéologiques préventives.
