Description

La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations de curage des réseaux d'assainissement des eaux usées et des eaux pluviales pour la Communauté d'Agglomération Beaune Côte et Sud. Ce marché est passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande passé sous la forme d'un marché à procédure formalisée en application des articles L2125-1 1° et L2124-1, et des articles R2124-1 et R2124-2-1°, R2162-1 à R2162-6, et R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L'accord cadre est conclu, pour la durée des marchés, sans minimum et avec maximum fixé à : - Lot 1 : 500 000 Euros HT - Lot 2 : 100 000 Euros HT - Lot 3 : 100 000 Euros HT pour toute la durée du marché. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans à compter de sa notification. Par dérogation à l'article 3.1.2 du CCAGS FCS, la notification est réputée effectuée à la date d'envoi des documents sur le profil acheteur. L’accord cadre est conclu, pour la durée des marchés, sans minimum et avec maximum fixé à 500 000 € HT pour toute la durée du marché.; L’accord cadre est conclu, pour la durée des marchés, sans minimum et avec maximum fixé à 100 000 € HT pour toute la durée du marché.
