La gestion du service du groupement d’autorité concédante (communes de Saint-Mihiel, Chauvoncourt et Les Paroches) inclut notamment les actions suivantes : la collecte et le traitement des eaux usées, dont l'entretien, la surveillance, les réparations et les renouvellements nécessaires des installations de façon à assurer l'optimisation du service aux usagers ; la conduite des relations avec les usagers, et la gestion clientèle associée ; la tenue à jour de l'inventaire du patrimoine matériel et immatériel du service et le recueil et la valorisation des informations relatives au fonctionnement des installations et à l'exécution du service.
