Description

La durée de chaque accord-cadre est fixée pour une période d'un an reconductible 3 fois un an à compter du 1e janvier 2027 (ou de la date de notification si postérieure). Les accords cadres se terminent le 31 décembre 2030. Les accords cadres sont conclus en application du code de la commande publique et comportent une clause d'insertion sociale. Les accords cadres sont passés à prix unitaires. Les prix sont révisables. La date prévisionnelle d'envoi des bons de commande : janvier 2027. Chaque accord cadre sera conclu avec montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel La valeur estimée correspond à l'atteinte des montants maximums annuels pour chaque année de l'accord-cadre Territoire Flandre Grand Littoral; Territoire Lille Métropole; Territoire Hainaut Douaisis Cambrésis + Maubeuge; Territoire Sud - Saint Quentin
