Le présent accord-cadre prévoit notamment le maintien en condition opérationnelle des couvertures, des complexes d'isolation/étanchéité et du réseau externe d'eau des bâtiments par la réhabilitation complète du complexe d'isolation/étanchéité de certaines terrasses et la rénovation de couvertures. L'accord-cadre est établit pour une durée de 48 mois, dont 24 mois optionnels. Le présent accord-cadre prévoit notamment le maintien en condition opérationnelle des couvertures, des complexes d'isolation/étanchéité et du réseau externe d'eau des bâtiments par la réhabilitation complète du complexe d'isolation/étanchéité de certaines terrasses et la rénovation de couvertures. La volumétrie estimée est de 1 500m² de rénovation par an sur un parc total de 140 000m² dont leur nature de couverture peut être : tuile, étanchéité PVC, étanchéité bitume, étanchéité fibrociment et couverture tôles. Le périmètre de la prestation concerne certaines parties des toitures des bâtiments identifiés comme « Réfection à prévoir », lors du diagnostic annuel des toitures (hors du présent marché), choisies selon la stratégie de réfection des toitures du CEA. Elles peuvent comporter des ouvrages divers tels que, extracteurs et ventilations statiques sur souches maçonnées ou métalliques, groupes froids posés sur petites dalles béton mises en place à même l’étanchéité, évents d’assèchement de l’isolant, joints de dilatation structurel etc.
