Le quartier quartier Vermand à Saint Quentin , objet du projet est composé de : - 60 logements sur « 3 plots » rue Marcel Bugain - 130 logements sur la rue Marcel Bugain - 40 logements sur la rue Borodine - 50 logements sur la rue Emmanuel Chabrier - 40 logements sur la rue du Dr Bachy - 90 logements sur la rue Paul Codos - 80 logements sur la rue François Adrien Boieldieu et Allée Louis Braille - 40 logements sur la rue François Adrien Boieldieu le travaux de réhabilitation concernent notamment la réhabilitation thermique des logements, mise en sécurité électrique des logements, réfections des parties communes, reprise des pièces humides des logements ( liste non exhaustive) . Le marché comporte une action d'insertion sociale par l'activité économique. Nombre de candidats admis à remettre une offre à l'issue des candidatures : 4 Le marché fait l'objet d'une tranche unique. La durée prévisionnelle du marché de conception réalisation sera de 45 mois (y compris les périodes de préparation et de parfait achèvement) à compter de la date de démarrage des études. La valeur estimée indiquée ne comprend pas les éventuelles PSE . Le démarrage prévisionnel des études est fixé à juillet 2028. Le démarrage prévisionnel des travaux est prévu pour le 1er trimestre 2029. Date prévisionnelle d'envoi du DCE aux candidats admis à soumissionner : janvier 2027
