Pour chaque lot, le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de définir les termes contractuels généraux entre les pouvoirs adjudicateurs membres du groupement de commande et les opérateurs économiques (titulaires de l’AC), dans le cadre de la passation de futurs Marchés Subséquents (MS) relatifs aux prestations d’entretien des espaces extérieurs couverts par le présent accord-cadre. L'appel d’offres est passé sur la base d’une convention constitutive de groupement de commandes entre AMU et le CROUS Aix-Marseille Avignon (pour le lot 1). Prestations d’élagage, taille, abattage, dessouchage des arbres et débroussaillement : AMU et CROUS; Prestations d’entretien périodique / prestations d’entretien ponctuel AMU secteur Aix-en-Provence; Prestations d’entretien périodique / prestations d’entretien ponctuel AMU tous les sites de Marseille hors campus de Luminy; Prestations de cantonnage AMU tous les sites de Marseille hors Luminy; Prestations de cantonnage AMU Luminy; Prestations de création / aménagements des espaces extérieurs AMU tous les sites de Marseille hors Luminy
