L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant minimum des commandes pour la durée du marché est de 80 000 euro(s) HT. Le montant maximum des commandes pour la durée du marché est de de 500 000 euro(s) HT. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans à compter de sa date de notification. Le démarrage des prestations est prévu au troisième trimestre 2026. La date de démarrage indiquée est une date prévisionnelle . En cas d'attribution du marché à un groupement, la forme groupement solidaire sera le cas échéant imposée par le pouvoir adjudicateur. Cette contrainte est due à la particularité de la forme de marchés qui pose des difficultés de gestion comptable lors de l'exécution du marché pour des prestations identiques. Si le groupement attributaire du marché est d'une forme différente, il pourra se voir contraint d'assurer sa transformation pour se conformer au souhait du pouvoir adjudicateur
