Les prestations sont réparties en 9 lots. La procédure concerne un accord-cadre à signer et à notifier par un coordonnateur au nom et pour le compte des adhérents à un groupement de commandes, en application des articles L.2113-6 et L.2113-7 du Code de la commande publique.
