La présente consultation vise à assurer le renouvellement de clôtures, barrières et portails sur les sites industriels, administratifs et parcelles métropolitaines. Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes constitué de Tours Métropole Val de Loire (TMVL) et la ville de Tours. Tours Métropole Val de Loire est le coordonnateur du groupement. L'accord-cadre est mixte. Il sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande pour les prestations listées au BPU et par des marchés subséquents (prenant la forme d'un bon de commande) pour les prestations et équipements non référencés au BPU selon les conditions décrites au contrat. La consultation donne lieu à l'attribution de trois lots géographiques. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les montants maximums, décomposés entre les lots et les différentes périodes, sont arrêtés à l'acte d'engagement. Les montants indiqués dans le présent avis correspondent aux montants maximums, toutes reconductions inclues. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.
