Description

Les prestations concernent la fourniture et pose de pneumatiques, d'accessoires et prestations annexes pour véhicules &lt; 3,5 T du département du Var. L'inventaire des matériels dont le département à la charge est joint au dossier de consultation présent. La nature des prestations attendues figure à l'article IV.1 du présent CCP. Pour les prestations de maintenance ou réparation qui sont à réaliser dans les ateliers du titulaire, les ateliers devront être localisés à une distance maximale de 20 km (soit 40 km aller et retour) de nos ateliers de La Garde OU de Draguignan. Variantes : Cette consultation est ouverte à une variante. Celle-ci consiste uniquement à exempter le candidat de la clause de domiciliation des ateliers de réparation du prestataire dans un rayon de 20 km maximum de nos ateliers de La Garde ou de Draguignan. Voir article III.2.1 du Règlement de consultation (RC). L'accord-cadre est passé pour une durée d'un an à compter du 31/03/2027, ou à compter de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Il est renouvelable trois fois par période d'un an par reconduction EXPRESSE, la durée totale de l'accord-cadre ne pouvant excéder quatre ans. L'accord-cadre prendra fin de plein droit dès que le montant maximum de la dernière période sera atteint . Les prestations sont susceptibles de varier dans les limites suivantes :Première période : 1 an à compter du 31/03/2027 ou de la date de notification de l'accord-cadre si celle-ci est postérieure.
