Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture et la livraison des pièces détachées et accessoires destinés à la maintenance mécanique et aux travaux de carrosserie de véhicules légers et utilitaires de marque PEUGEOT. L'acheteur public est la Centrale d'achat de la Communauté urbaine du Grand Reims. Les fournitures, objets du présent accord-cadre, répondent aux besoins actuels de la Communauté urbaine du Grand Reims et de la Ville de Reims et aux besoins éventuels des autres adhérents à la Centrale d’achat. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre, passé en application des articles R.2162-1 et suivants du code de la commande publique, et conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum fixé à 200 000 € HT sur la durée totale de l’accord-cadre. Il sera intégralement exécuté par émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la Commande Publique.
