Cette consultation est lancée dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes régi par les dispositions de l'Ordonnance n° 2015 - 899 du 23 juillet 2015 entre SNA, la ville de Vernon, le C.I.A.S. SNA, l'OTCSNA, et le C.C.A.S de Vernon. SNA est chargée pour le compte de l'ensemble des membres du groupement de la mise en concurrence, de signer et notifier l'accord cadre. Chaque membre du groupement, pour ce qui le concerne prendra en charge l'exécution des prestations qui lui sont propre. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires Maintenance du matériel existant de marque TOSHIBA; Acquisition et maintenance de matériels neufs et reconditionnés
