Procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont réparties en 4 lots. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. La durée du contrat est propre à chaque lot (cf art 4.2 du CCAP) : Lots 1 et 2 : 5 ans et 1 mois Lots 3 et 4 : 6 ans et 1 mois Le titulaire dispose d'un délai d'un mois à compter du 1 mars 2026 pour assurer les livraisons, installations, mises en service pour les appareils. L'exécution des prestations aura lieu du 01/03/2026 au 31/03/2032 24 Copieurs numériques de 30 cpm N & B minimum avec agrafage et scanner haute volumétrie sur 5 ans; 9 Copieurs numériques couleur de 30 cpm minimum avec agrafage et scanner haute volumétrie sur 5 ans; 22 Copieurs numériques de 30 cpm N & B minimum avec agrafage et scanner haute volumétrie sur 6 ans; 1 Copieur numérique de 45 cpm N & B minimum avec agrafage et scanner haute volumétrie sur 6 ans
