Il s'agit d'un marché de fourniture, passé en procédure formalisée (en appels d'offres ouvert) en application des articles L. 2124-2 et R2124-2 1° du Code de la commande publique (CCP). La forme retenue pour l'exécution du marché est un accord cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire sans un montant minimum et avec un montant annuel maximum en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique dont les montants sont susceptibles de varier de la manière suivante : Lot 1 : Fourniture de barrières, potelets et bornes rétractables de sécurisation de voirie Montant max annuel: 100 000 euro(s) HT Lot 2 : Fourniture de potelets et bornes à mémoire de forme Montant max annuel: 100 000 euro(s) HT Lot 3 : Fourniture de panneaux de signalisation et de signalétique Montant max annuel: 100 000 euro(s) HT Le marché sera conclu avec le titulaire, à compter de la notification, pour une durée initiale d'un an puis reconductible 3 fois par reconduction tacite. La durée totale du marché ne pourra pas excéder 4 ans. Les prestations devront commencer dès la notification du marché et être exécutées au fur et à mesure de la réception des bons de commandes Fourniture de barrières, potelets et bornes rétractables de sécurisation de voirie; Fourniture de potelets et bornes à mémoire de forme; Fourniture de panneaux de signalisation et de signalétique
