Description

Marché de conception et de réalisation de 3 lignes de transfert d’effluents radiologiques (qualité RCC-M) et de 4 lignes de transfert d’effluents non radiologiques (qualité CODETI) en galeries souterraines existantes sur la base navale de Toulon. Les prestations sont à réaliser pour le compte du CEA/DAM. Le présent marché de conception-réalisation du lignage -interbassins s’inscrit dans le cadre de la rénovation de la zone Missiessy de la base navale de Toulon en vue d’accueillir les futurs sous-marins. Ce projet de rénovation, dit « Projet My3 » doit permettre à la marine nationale de disposer d’un outil industriel en phase avec la réalisation des maintenances de ses sous-marins. Ce projet emporte également la rénovation de bâtiments pour les rendre cohérents avec la durée de vie prévisionnelle des bateaux à propulsion nucléaire. Les prestations fermes à réaliser au titre du marché comprennent : - Les études de l’ensemble du procédé (y compris celui afférant aux coffrets de raccordements), - La conception et réalisation de la ligne de transfert des effluents radiologiques entre les bassins 1 et 2, et le bâtiment ADELE, - La conception et réalisation d’une partie des lignes de transfert des effluents radiologiques et non radiologiques entre le bassin 3, le bâtiment AI-ASC et le bâtiment ADELE, - Des essais d’interfaces et de performance sont attendus en fin de réalisation, - La formation à l’exploitation et à la maintenance du futur exploitant. Les équipements mécaniques tels que les vannes et raccords, etc. seront sur Bordereau de Prix Unitaire (BPU). Les prestations optionnelles du présent marché sont décrites infra.
