L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent accord-cadre multi-attributaire a pour objet de sélectionner des opérateurs économiques chargés de l'organisation et de la réalisation de séjours en circuit destinés aux seniors du CCAS de Villepinte. Il fixe le cadre administratif, technique et économique commun applicable aux prestations. Les caractéristiques propres à chaque séjour, notamment la destination, les dates, la durée, l'effectif, le programme, les transports, l'hébergement, la restauration, les excursions, l'accompagnement, les assurances et les éventuelles exigences particulières, seront précisées lors de la remise en concurrence des titulaires et de la conclusion de chaque marché subséquent
