La présente consultation préalable s’inscrit dans le cadre des dispositions du code de la commande publique et plus spécifiquement de l’article R2131­1 et suivants. SNCF Réseau SA envisage la mise en place d’un marché visant à l’acquisition de moteurs destinés à l’automatisation des barrières de passages à niveau. Ces moteurs devront permettre la levée et la descente des barrières de manière fiable et sécurisée, en réponse à un signal déclenché par le passage d’un train. Les équipements attendus devront : ­ - Assurer un fonctionnement conforme aux exigences de sécurité ferroviaire ; ­ - Être compatibles avec les systèmes de signalisation existants ; ­ - Garantir une robustesse et une durabilité adaptées aux conditions d’exploitation en environnement extérieur. Cet avis a pour objectif d’informer les opérateurs économiques, à titre de sourcing, afin qu’ils se fassent connaître et de recueillir leurs propositions techniques et/ou innovantes avant le lancement d'une future consultation. Les opérateurs économiques devront se faire connaître au plus tard le 09/01/2026 via la plateforme bravoslution.
