Marché d'exploitation et de maintenance des installations de chauffage de type PF et PFI sur le patrimoine de Pays de Meaux Habitat Le marché comprend une partie forfaitaire correspondant aux prestations P2 et P3 et une partie à prix unitaires pour les prestations hors forfait. Les travaux de la tranche optionnelle 1 seront traitées à prix global forfaitaire. Tranche ferme : P2, P3, Travaux, Intéressement (Groupes 2 et 3 uniquement) Tranche optionnelle : Travaux de remplacement de radiateurs, robinetterie, désembouage et équilibrage au titre du P3. Les prestations de la tranche ferme commenceront à compter de la date de démarrage du marché prévue le 1er septembre 2026. La tranche optionnelle pourra être levée par un ordre de service spécifique dans un délai maximal de 12 mois à compter de la notification du marché.
