Description

La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d’un Contrat de Délégation de service public pour confier la production, la distribution et la commercialisation de chaleur sur le périmètre concerné par le projet, conformément aux articles L. 14111 et suivants du code général des collectivités territoriales (CGCT), et aux articles L. 31001 et suivants et R. 31111 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique. La Ville confie aux risques et périls du délégataire l’exploitation du réseau de chaleur. Le délégataire a en charge l’exploitation des installations ainsi que la conception, la construction et le financement de travaux définis à l’article 23 du projet de Contrat.
