Description

L'accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de moyens de levage et de transport fluvial pour l’itinéraire Seine aval. Il comprend les prestations de mise à disposition suivantes : - pontons-grues ; - moyens de levages divers ; - barges fluviales ; - pontons de travail fluviaux ; - pousseurs ; - bateaux de travail fluviaux ; ainsi que l’ensemble des moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à leur utilisation. L'accord-cadre est fractionné en trois lots : - Lot 1 « Secteur ouest » : levage et transport fluvial sur l’itinéraire Seine aval du PK 202 au PK 161 ; - Lot 2 « Secteur centre » : levage et transport fluvial sur l’itinéraire Seine aval du PK 161,1 au PK 72,6 ; - Lot 3 « Secteur est » : levage et transport fluvial sur l’itinéraire Seine aval du PK 72,6 au PK 16,8. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi-attributaires avec minimum et maximum. Le nombre maximum de titulaires est fixé à deux par lot et l’attribution des bons de commandes s'effectue sans négociation ni remise en concurrence préalable des titulaires selon la technique dite « en cascade » qui consiste à faire appel en priorité aux titulaires les mieux-disants.
