Description

Le présent marché a pour objet le renouvellement du Système d'Information Ressources Humaines d'ARTE France et ses filiales pour la Gestion des Temps et des Absences, au 1er janvier 2028.. Il s'agit du projet de mise en oeuvre d'une solution de gestion des temps et des absences en mode Saas (ci-après désignée par le terme la " Solution "), son exploitation et sa maintenance, avec : - La phase de mise en oeuvre comprenant l'installation de la Solution, la conception et la réalisation des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques, la personnalisation du réglementaire conformément aux fonctionnalités décrites dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (ci-après désigné par le terme " CCTP "), le développement des interfaces nécessaires à l'intégration de la Solution au sein du SIRH cible d'ARTE France, le plan de recette, le pilotage et la coordination de la mise en oeuvre, l'assistance à la recette, au déploiement et au démarrage, le plan de réversibilité ; - La maintenance technique, logicielle, corrective, évolutive, réglementaire et préventive dans le cadre des services récurrents de la Solution en fonction des niveaux de service attendus par ARTE France. L'objectif est un déploiement de la Solution au plus tard le 1er janvier 2028.
