Le marché est composé d'une solution de base relative à la conception, la fourniture, le déploiement et la maintenance d'un Système d'Aide à l'Exploitation dit « Lourd » ; et d'une prestation supplémentaire éventuelle, rendue obligatoire, relative à la conception, la fourniture, le déploiement et la maintenance d'un Système d'Aide à l'Exploitation dit « Léger ».
