SNCF is seeking to recompete the contract for its CARAML software solution. CARAML covers three major functions: management of SNCF fuel stock transfers, management of source sites (refineries) and target sites (SNCF fuel stations), and management of fuel supply orders. The purpose of the consultation is to put the current CARAML scope back out to competition in order to cover needs beyond the present contractualisation. The services required include the supply of a SaaS solution, its integration into the SNCF information systems, and its maintenance. The complementary scope of the ENERGOLD gestion solution is subject to a mandatory PSE (declaration of intent to contract).
