La procédure d'achat vise à doter SNCF Groupe d'une solution Saas : Lot 1 : Bilan carbone et pilotage des trajectoires des décarbonations : Le Groupe SNCF souhaite se doter d’un outil SAAS lui permettant de : 1. réaliser, de manière simple et sécurisée, son bilan des émissions de Gaz à Effet de Serre ainsi que celui de ses filiales et directions transverses, 2. piloter les trajectoires de décarbonation de ses activités afin d'atteindre ses objectifs de réduction d’émissions de GES. Lot 2 : Collecte, mesure, animation et réduction des gaz à effet de serre des achats et module trajectoire carbone : Le Groupe SNCF souhaite se doter d’un outil SAAS lui permettant : 1. La collecte, mesure, animation et réduction des gaz à effet de serre des achats. 2. Le suivi des obligations RSE.
