Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de gaz industriels et la location de contenant de gaz au profit des sites CFA de la Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat de la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (CMAR PACA). Les prestations attendues sont décrites dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) et la pièce financière. Le présent accord-cadre est passé selon la procédure formalisée. Il s’agit d’un appel d’offres ouvert, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-1 et 2124-2 et R. 2124-1 et R. 2124- 2 et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations donnent lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire qui s’exécute en partie par bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum en valeur, et en partie par des prestations forfaitaires (article R. 2112-6 du Code de la commande publique). • Une partie de la prestation fait l’objet d’un prix forfaitaire pour la location des contenant de gaz. • Une partie des prestations fait l’objet de bons de commande pour la fourniture de gaz. S'agissant des prestations à prix unitaires, ces dernières sont exécutées au fur et à mesure de l’émission de bons de commande, en application des articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Les bons de commande peuvent être émis jusqu’au terme de la validité de l’accord-cadre. Les quantités prévisionnelles d’achat sont mentionnées par CFA dans l'annexe financière, à titre purement indicatif et ne constituent pas un engagement contractuel de commandes de la CMAR PACA.
