Le futur Titulaire doit être spécialisé dans la conduite d'études quantitatives et quantitatives (questionnaires, sondages), dans l'analyse et la compréhension des besoins de nos clients (passagers), dans l'évaluation des tendances de ce marché, il a par conséquent une aptitude professionnelle particulière dans les domaines suivants : collecte de données sur le terrain auprès de nos passagers, l'analyse des flux (piétons, véhicules, passagers) pour comprendre leurs déplacements et comportements le traitement et l'analyse de grandes quantités de données, l'utilisation de d'outils statistiques avancés pour la prédiction, la présentation des données sous formes de rapports accessible avec des visualisations interactives.
