ÉTUDES, ANIMATION, ACCOMPAGNEMENT TECHNIQUE ET PROCEDURAL, EVALUATION ENVIRONNEMENTALE ET PRODUCTION DES PIECES DU PLUI JUSQU'A SON APPROBATION - Marché à tranches optionnelles (TF et 23 tranches optionnelles) décrites dans le dossier de consultation téléchargeable gratuitement -Délai d'exécution des prestations Tranche ferme : la tranche ferme est exécutée dans un délai prévisionnel de quarante-cinq (45) mois à compter de l'ordre de service prescrivant son démarrage Tranches optionnelles : Les tranches optionnelles prennent effet à compter de la notification de l'ordre de service d'affermissement. Elles sont exécutées dans le cadre du délai global du marché et de sa cohérence Leur exécution peut être simultanée avec celle de la tranche ferme ou de tout autre tranche optionnelle Confère CCTP et documents de la consultation pour le détail des prestations. Délai d'affermissement : le délai limite d'affermissement des tranches optionnelles est fixé à 45 mois à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage de la tranche ferme L'affermissement des tranches optionnelle est laissée à la seule appréciation du pouvoir adjudicateur. La non-affirmation d'une ou plusieurs tranches optionnelles ne donne lieu au versement d'aucune indemnité d'attente ou de dédit. Les prestations comportent une tranche ferme (TF) et 23 tranches optionnelles (TO1 à TO23) -cf détail dans les documents de la consultation
