Description succincte de l'objet du marché : il s'agit d'un marché d'assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage pour le suivi de la délégation de service public (DSP) du réseau de chauffage urbain des quartiers ouest de la ville de Nîmes et du suivi des travaux de l'extension du réseau. Les prestations, objets de la consultation, sont réparties en lot séparés de la manière suivante : - Lot n°1 : Suivi de la délégation de service public (DSP) - Les prestations seront rémunérées par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire. - Lot n°2 : Suivi du projet d'extension du Réseau de Chauffage Urbain - Les prestations seront rémunérées par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire. Dans le cadre de cette consultation, la Ville de Nîmes agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur. le lot à pour objet la mise en place d'une marché pour le suivi de le délégation de service Public de chauffage urbain de la ville de Nîmes Le marché débutera à la date de sa notification. L'ensemble des prestations sera rémunéré par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire. . Le marché comporte plusieurs tranches d'exécution suivantes : - Tranche ferme : Assistance pour le suivi de la DSP - Tranche optionnelle n°1 : Assistance pour le suivi de la DSP - 1ère période - Tranche optionnelle n°2 : Assistance pour le suivi de la DSP - 2ème période Les dates de début et de fin indiquées ci-après sont donc purement indicatives.; INDIQUER DESCRIPTION DE L'OBJET DU LOT : le marché a pour obket le Suivi des travaux réalisés dans le cadre du projet d'extension du Réseau de Chauffage Urbain Le présent marché est conclu pour une période dont la durée commence à sa date de notification et s'achève à l'issue de 24 mois. Le présent marché n'est pas reconductible. L'ensemble des prestations sera rémunéré par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire Les dates de début et de fin indiquées ci-après sont donc purement indicatives.
