La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture de carburant en stations-services au moyen de cartes accréditives, ainsi que les services associés obligatoires, notamment les prestations liées aux péages, pour la flotte automobile de la Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Dreux. Le présent marché couvre les besoins en carburant pour : - Les véhicules de location utilisés ponctuellement ou dans le cadre de contrats de location longue durée par les services de la collectivité ; - Les matériels thermiques d'entretien des espaces verts (tondeuses, débroussailleuses, tronçonneuses, etc.) ; - Les groupes électrogènes et motopompes utilisés par les services. À titre d'information, le parc automobile actuel de l'Agglomération du Pays de Dreux se compose comme suit : - Poids lourds : 15 véhicules (susceptibles d'évoluer en plus ou en moins) ; - Véhicules légers : 94 véhicules, dont la répartition par énergie est la suivante : - Gazole : 40 véhicules ; - Essence : 18 véhicules ; - Hybride essence-électrique : 28 véhicules ; - Électrique : 8 véhicules
