The French Blood Establishment (EFS), including its overseas territories, and the CTSA intend to acquire and maintain tube welders used in blood bag processing. The procurement covers mobile welders for PVC tubing, fixed single-head welders including models with an offset clamp for PVC tubing, fixed multi-head welders for PVC tubing, and mobile and fixed single-head welders with offset clamp for EVA tubing. The contract includes both supply and maintenance. The procedure is a French public procurement open to suppliers of medical welding equipment.
