Description

Dans le cadre de l’amélioration de la gestion des outillages, le Service Transport Hélicoptériste (STH) de RTE lance un accord-cadre visant la fourniture d’étuis plastiques destinés au conditionnement des Unités de Protection et de Contrôle (UPK) et des matrices de sertissage. RTE souhaite adopter des étuis réutilisables, robustes et adaptés, afin d’améliorer la protection mécanique, limiter la poussière, faciliter le graissage et optimiser la manutention du matériel utilisé par ses équipes opérationnelles. Le marché comprend la conception (si nécessaire), l’industrialisation, la fabrication, les essais et validations, ainsi que la documentation et la livraison d’étuis en plastique conforme aux exigences du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Les prestations incluent notamment : - La fabrication des étuis, sur plans fournis par RTE, avec adaptations possibles sous validation ; - La fourniture de différents types d’étuis selon le CCTP : UPK (étuis mâchoires et fourreaux en 4 tailles) ; matrices (étui hexagonale carrée, hexagonale courte, hexagonale longue) ; - Le respect des exigences techniques : résistance aux chocs et à la température, résistance chimique, protection en cas de chute, identification/couleur ; - La réalisation de prototypes, essais (notamment essais de chute), rapport d’essais et dossier de fabrication ; - Les modalités de livraison (emballage par modèle, livraison sur sites opérationnels) et respect du calendrier ; - Les dispositions relatives à la propriété intellectuelle et aux droits d’exploitation des résultats. Ce marché inclut, de manière générale, toute prestation nécessaire à la livraison d’étuis conformes aux exigences du CCTP et à la réglementation applicable.
