Procédure formalisée (art L2124-1 du Code) de type appel d'offres ouvert (art L2124-2 du Code) conformément aux art. R2124-1 & 2 et R2161-2 à 5 du Code. Deux lots. Lot 1 : marché à prix global forfaitaire. Lot 2 : accord-cadre (articles R2162-1 à 6 du Code) mono-attributaire de fournitures courantes et services, sans minimum et avec un maximum de 80 000 euro(s) HT par période. Lot 1 : deux variantes à réponse facultative sont prévues. Lot 2 : les variantes ne sont pas autorisées. deux prestations supplémentaires à réponse facultative sont prévues. Pour chaque lot, le marché est conclu à compter de sa date de notification pour une période initiale jusqu'au 30 juin 2027.
