Procédure formalisée (art L2124-1 du Code) de type appel d'offres ouvert (art L2124-2 du Code) conformément aux art. R2124-1 & 2 et R2161-2 à 5 du Code. Deux lots. Lot 1 : marché à prix global forfaitaire. Lot 2 : accord-cadre (articles R2162-1 à 6 du Code) mono-attributaire de fournitures courantes et services, sans minimum et avec un maximum de 80 000 euro(s) HT par période. Lot 1 : deux variantes à réponse facultative sont prévues. Lot 2 : les variantes ne sont pas autorisées. deux prestations supplémentaires à réponse facultative sont prévues. Pour plus de détails, se reporter à l'article 5 du règlement de consultation. Pour chaque lot, le marché est conclu à compter de sa date de notification pour une période initiale jusqu'au 30 juin 2027. La valeur estimée indiquée ci-dessous à titre informatif pour chaque marché est calculée sur la durée maximale des marchés (reconductions comprises) et, pour le lot 2, sur le montant maximum de l'accord-cadre Dans le cadre des festivités de noël, la Commune d'Arles souhaite installer une patinoire à destination des Arlésiens ainsi que des habitants du Pays d'Arles et des Bouches-du-Rhône chaque année afin de renforcer l'attractivité touristique de son territoire.Pour plus de détails, se reporter au CCTP; Dans le cadre des festivités de noël, la Commune d'Arles souhaite installer des chalets pour la réalisation d'un marché de Noël
