Procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 et L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre multi-attributaire (attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres ) sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande (condition d'attribution des bons de commande cf art 1.4 du CCAP). Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 01/01/2026 jusqu'au 31/12/2026 et reconductible tacitement 3 fois par période d'un an. Montant maximum annuel : 300 000 euro(s) HT
