Le marché est un marché mixte (Forfaitaire + unitaire).Le présent marché est décomposé en une tranche ferme et deux tranches optionnelles.Dans l'hypothèse où l'une des tranches optionnelles ne serait pas affermie aucune indemnité d'attente ni de dédit ne sera versée au Titulaire.Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale de 5 ans à compter de la notification.Il pourra faire l'objet de 2 reconductions sans que la durée totale n'excède 7 ans. Le marché ne fait pas l’objet d’une décomposition en lot. Le marché est un marché mixte (Forfaitaire + unitaire). Concernant la partie unitaire le montant minimum annuel HT : sans et le maximum annuel HT : 250 000,00 € HT. Le présent marché est décomposé en une tranche ferme et deux tranches optionnelles comme suit : TF : Parc Corvesy +Parc Promenade des Arts+Parc Palais de Justice+Parc Palais Massena. TO : Parc Palmeira+Parc Gorbella.Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale de 5 ans à compter de la notification.Il pourra faire l’objet de 2 reconductions sans que la durée totale n’excède 7 ans.
